We are on the hunt for a committed Digital Project Manager, to hit the ground running on some major projects and create positive change on a global scale.
Anthologie’s digital PMs are detail-oriented deep divers, immersing themselves in the heart of our products and ensuring meaningful delivery throughout the lifespan of our projects. They’re organised and thoughtful, communicating well with both team and client.
Digital projects require experience and understanding, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely gets the web application and product space to deliver award-winning work.
Anthologie is an independently owned strategic design and digital consultancy with national and global clients. We help researchers, scientists, clinicians, policy makers and passionate organisations and businesses scale their impact.
Central to our work is delivering impact on social and environmental issues. We bring design thinking and human-centric simplicity to challenges facing people and planet, seeking out projects that make an impact.
In the last 12 months, we’ve designed and developed a game that aims to close the partisan social divide in US politics, launched a platform to end modern slavery, designed a portal to help people with rare conditions navigate a complex health journey, and we’re close to completing a world first digital platform to support those experiencing Homelessness.
We believe in offering great experiences for not only our clients, but our people too. It’s important the Anthologie team are happy, motivated and challenged to develop their capabilities. We have a beautiful new converted warehouse office by the river in East Perth and have a collaborative and supportive environment.
Our work is backed by our commitment to innovation. We support the Australian Government’s Digital Service Standard with its focus on open source, accessible, user-focused design and development. We’re also proud to be a certified B-Corp, and a carbon neutral workplace.
About the Digital Team
The digital team is a tight-knit blend of researchers, designers, developers, planners and product owners, working closely to build web products that delight and inspire. We look at the human experience of using our products, focusing on performance and accessibility to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for all.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a leading digital or technology agency/organisation, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.
You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, talk tech and work closely with a team of researchers, UX designers, UI designers and developers to deliver modern, accessible and high-performing digital products and platforms. We don’t work weekends, rarely work overtime, respect all opinions, care about our people and our clients and welcome different points of view.
You’ll be provided room to grow within a fun, fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. There is no room for ego here.
As a Digital Project Manager, you…
- Have a positive, proactive and flexible style.
- Love asking the right questions just as much as solving the problem.
- Talk technology and translate client goals into technical solutions.
- Have excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.
- Love being part of a team and supporting the growth of others.
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have experience managing website projects, developing budgets and plans and communicating these with internal teams and clients.
- Can build strong relationships with clients and shepherd teams towards a shared vision.
- Can manage projects efficiently to time and budget.
