The role

The Anthologie digital team are in the hunt for a committed Digital Project Manager, to hit the ground running on some major projects and create positive change on a global scale.

Anthologie’s digital PMs are detail-oriented deep divers, immersing themselves in the heart of our products and ensuring meaningful delivery throughout the lifespan of our projects. They’re organised and thoughtful, communicating well with both team and client.

Digital projects require experience and understanding, so we’re looking for someone who genuinely gets the web application and product space to deliver award-winning work.

Anthologie are moving into a strong phase of growth in 2022, off the back of some significant wins to extend our focus on projects for people and planet. We’re excited to expand our digital team and take the space head on.

About the Digital Team

The digital team are a tight-knit blend of designers, developers, planners and product owners, working closely to build web products that delight and inspire. We look at the human experience of using our products, focusing on performance and accessibility to ensure a consistent and engaging experience for all.

The Role

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years’ experience in a leading digital / web firm, ready to drive real impact with an ambitious, award-winning, purpose driven team.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various website projects.

You’ll have great communication skills, the ability to problem solve, talk tech and work closely with a team of researchers, UX designers, UI designers and developers to deliver modern, accessible and high-performing digital products and platforms. We don’t work weekends, rarely work overtime, respect all opinions, care about our people and our clients and welcome different points of view.

You’ll be provided room to grow within a fun, fast-paced, collaborative studio environment. There is no room for ego here.

As a Digital Project Manager, you…

  • Have a positive, proactive and flexible style.
  • Love asking the right questions just as much as solving the problem.
  • Talk technology and translate client goals into technical solutions.
  • Have excellent time management skills and an eye for detail.
  • Love being part of a team and supporting the growth of others.
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Have experience managing website projects, developing budgets and plans and communicating these with internal teams and clients.
  • Can build strong relationships with clients and communicate project status.
  • Can manage projects efficiently to time and budget.
