CEOs from more than 15 neurological not-for-profit organisations have united to help improve the health and research landscape for Western Australians living with neurological conditions. Their valuable insights shared at a workshop this week will help shape the content, features and positioning of the WA NeuroHub, a new research project from Edith Cowan University (ECU), Perron Institute, and Anthologie. The first of many workshops for the Neuro-Hub project we gained valuable insights from more than 60 carers and people with living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, functional neurological disorder, epilepsy, neuromuscular conditions.

The Early Years Partnership brand and website is live. This partnership aims to enhance child well-being and school readiness with a focus on community input. Community Plans were co-designed with each community, allowing them to identify their own priorities. We are thrilled to have partnered with Minderoo, the DoC and TKI on this initiative.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting the Never Not Creative crew, the local design community and students for the Just Rewards national tour. We chatted all things internships and design business. For those thinking of bringing on an intern, the NNC resources make it super easy to deliver a structured and supportive internship program.

Friday workshop knowledge share with the folk at WA Justice Association, led by Hannah and Rachel. WAJA do incredible work to reduce incarceration rates and improve outcomes for people coming in contact with WA’s criminal justice system. We came together with young people in their organisation to discuss how to create impactful social content that drives change.
Introducing Just Rewards, a series of presentations for creative interns, graduates, practicing designers and studio owners and leaders around Australia. The Perth event will kick off with a fireside chat between Andy Wright, Founder of Never Not Creative and CEO of Streamtime and us! We’ll chat about the delicate balance of running an agency, maintaining a mentally healthy and financially happy workplace and our experience with hosting an intern.

In May, Anthologie had the privilege of sharing our Design Thinking practice with high school ATAR teachers. Led by UX Designers, Hannah and Pascal, and our Strategy Lead, Paula – the session focused on how user research and feedback plays a pivotal role in elevating projects. The teachers’ feedback highlighted how witnessing the design process in action helped them bridge theory and practice. Watch the short video here.
